Quantity Surveyor

A well-established and growing construction contractor is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in Dublin. Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial aspects of construction projects from commencement through to final account.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and financial reports.
• Oversee procurement and management of subcontractor packages.
• Prepare and assess interim valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Liaise with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures.

Requirements

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role.
• Proven experience within the Irish construction industry is essential.
• Strong understanding of commercial management and contract administration.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.
• Driven and motivated with a strong work ethic.

Package

• €70,000 – €80,000 DOE.
• Full-time, permanent position based in Dublin.
