Company Intro / Summary A well-established and growing construction contractor is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in Dublin. Responsibilities - Manage the commercial aspects of construction projects from commencement through to final account.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and financial reports.
- Oversee procurement and management of subcontractor packages.
- Prepare and assess interim valuations, variations, and final accounts.
- Monitor project costs and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Liaise with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures.
Requirements - Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related discipline.
- 5+ years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role.
- Proven experience within the Irish construction industry is essential.
- Strong understanding of commercial management and contract administration.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.
- Driven and motivated with a strong work ethic.
Package - €70,000 – €80,000 DOE.
