Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team. The company provides infrastructure solutions for the telecoms and renewable energy sectors across Ireland and the UK, with a strong reputation for delivering complex, high-value projects. Responsibilities - Assist with all surveying, estimating, and purchasing duties on assigned projects.
- Track project financials and support cost control throughout all stages of delivery.
- Complete weekly measures to support accurate financial reporting.
- Liaise with client representatives and address queries promptly.
- Support the implementation of cost-saving measures.
- Analyse supplier and plant options to optimise value.
- Update and maintain internal management systems.
- Manage subcontractor agreements, including measures and final accounts.
- Prepare quotations and support the commercial manager with reporting.
Requirements - Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience, ideally within the telecoms, utilities, or related infrastructure sectors.
- Previous exposure to the mobile telecoms industry an advantage.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and cost controls.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with colleagues, clients, and management.
- Process-driven with attention to detail and a "right first time" approach.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
Package - €55,000 - €60,000 DOE
