                        Company Intro / Summary A leading Mechanical and Electrical Engineering contractor is seeking an experienced 
Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in 
Dublin. The company delivers large-scale, technically complex 
pharmaceutical and data centre projects for blue-chip clients across Ireland and Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated QS to join one of Ireland’s most respected M&E contractors, working on high-profile projects with long-term career progression. 
   Responsibilities  - Manage commercial aspects of multiple M&E projects from tender stage through to completion.
- Prepare cost plans, budgets, and tender documentation for mechanical and electrical packages.
- Oversee procurement, subcontractor negotiations, and contract administration.
- Track project costs, variations, and valuations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to maintain commercial control and project delivery.
- Contribute to value engineering exercises and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all contractual, financial, and safety obligations.
- Support senior commercial staff in preparing final accounts and project close-out documentation.
Requirements - Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related discipline.
- 3–5 years’ post-graduate experience, ideally with exposure to M&E, industrial, or data centre projects.
- Strong technical and commercial understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and QS software tools.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ambitious, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple project demands.
Package - Salary: Up to €70,000 DOE.
