Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in
Dublin. With projects spanning
commercial, residential, fit-out, industrial, and mixed-use sectors, the company has a strong reputation for delivering complex builds to the highest standards. With a

Responsibilities - Manage the commercial and contractual aspects of multiple Dublin-based projects.
- Prepare cost plans, tender packages, and procurement documentation.
- Oversee subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and contract administration.
- Monitor project budgets, valuations, variations, and cost reporting.
- Work closely with project managers, site teams, and design consultants to ensure commercial alignment.
- Prepare monthly cost reports, financial forecasts, and final accounts.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, contractual obligations, and industry standards.
- Support value engineering and cost-saving initiatives across projects.
Requirements - Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related discipline.
- 3–5 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveyor role, ideally with a main contractor.
- Experience working on commercial, residential, or fit-out projects beneficial.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of construction processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QS software packages.
- Ability to manage workload across multiple concurrent sites.
- Ambitious, detail-focused, and eager to progress in a Tier One environment.
Package - €55,000 - €60,000 DOE
