Quality Manager - Longford

ProSource are seeking an experienced Quality Manager on behalf of their client to lead quality across their construction manufacturing operations. This is a key role ensuring high standards are maintained as production scales, with a strong focus on process improvement, defect prevention, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Quality Management System across factory and site operations
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and all regulatory/audit requirements
• Monitor quality KPIs, cost of poor quality, and report to senior leadership
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and production teams to mitigate risks
• Manage supplier quality and support design-for-manufacture improvements
• Train and support teams to take ownership of quality standards

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in Quality Assurance within manufacturing, construction, or engineering
• Strong knowledge of QMS, process control, and defect prevention
• Experience with ISO 9001, audits, and compliance
• Proven ability to lead RCA and eliminate recurring issues
• Commercial awareness and data-driven decision making
• Hands-on approach with ability to influence at all levels
• Degree in Engineering/Construction (or equivalent experience)
