Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review Financial Statements for a varied portfolio of clients
• Manage all aspects of VAT, Income Tax, and Corporation Tax compliance
• Provide tailored tax advice and planning support to clients
• Assist clients with business planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Support and mentor junior staff where appropriate
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Irish accounting and tax standards
• Handle client queries and provide day-to-day advisory support
• Contribute to internal process improvements and strategic initiatives

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Irish accountancy practice (essential)
• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA)
• Strong technical knowledge of Irish tax and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with cloud-based accounting software and Microsoft Office
• Previous experience mentoring staff is an advantage
