Qualified Accountant - Practice Role (Hybrid / Flexible)

We are working with a well-established and growing Irish accountancy practice that is looking to hire a Qualified Accountant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants career progression, flexibility, and a supportive working environment — without the long hours typically associated with larger firms.

This role would suit a Newly Qualified Accountant or someone with 2+ years’ PQE who is keen to develop their career in practice.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing a portfolio of SME and owner-managed clients
• Preparation and review of accounts
• Corporation tax and income tax compliance
• Liaising directly with clients and providing advisory support
• Mentoring junior team members (where applicable)

What We’re Looking For

• ACA / ACCA / CPA qualified (or close to qualification)
• Experience in an Irish accountancy practice
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Ambition to progress and grow within the firm
