Qualified Accountant - Navan

ProSource as working with a midlands accountancy practice with a number of offices across, Longford, Meath, Westmeath & North Dublin.  They are seeking a Qualified Accountant to join the team in Navan on their accounts team and reporting directly to the office partner. 

This is a really exciting role, which will give the successful candidate access to the senior management team, enabling them to grow their career and in the future potentially joining the management team (should you prove yourself so inclined).

Your responsibilities, will include managing a portfolio of clients and attending to their needs which would include:

• Preparation of Financial Statements, management accountants and adhoc reports.
• Preparation and submission of Corporation, Income Tax, VAT, VIES, Intrastat, RCT returns.
• Building and sustaining relationships with clients and resolving any queries.
• Engaging with ROS/ Revenue of clients behalf.
• Cross collaboration within the firm.
• Advising clients on their needs.
• New Business creation/ onboarding.
• Other adhoc duties as required.

Skills & Experiences:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CPA)
• At least 3 years working in an Irish Practice Environment. 
• Eligibility to work in Ireland without the need for Visa Sponsorship.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with Irish Accounting standards and ability to bring Accounts to the sign-off level. 
• high level of attention to detail.
• Self starter, with the ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team. 
• Client centric approach to relationships.
• Desire to grow in role and bring others on the journey with you.
