Project / Senior Civil Engineer (Buildings) - Dublin

ProSource Group are recruiting on behalf of a leading international engineering consultancy for a Project or Senior Civil Engineer to join their Dublin team.

This role suits an engineer who enjoys working directly with clients and taking ownership of day-to-day project delivery. You’ll join a close-knit office in the heart of Dublin city, work alongside experienced civil, structural and building services colleagues, and draw on the expertise of a wider international network.
  
The project mix ranges from schools and public-sector work in Ireland to major data centre developments overseas, including work connected with ESB and Uisce Éireann. The team acts as lead consultant on many projects, giving you a central role in coordinating design and stakeholders.

Role

• Manage day-to-day civil engineering tasks across building-led projects.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, authorities and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate civil design with in-house structural and building services teams.
• Review and contribute to technical design, drawings and project submissions.
• Work closely with a Principal Engineer and take increasing ownership of project delivery as you progress.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in civil engineering design, ideally on building projects.
• Strong client-facing communication and the confidence to manage stakeholder relationships.
• A sound technical design foundation
• Experience with Civil 3D is preferred.
• Experience with Uisce Éireann requirements or planning applications would be an advantage.
• Ability to manage priorities and work effectively within a small project team.
