Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the dynamic team in Dublin. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects while managing cost control and financial efficiency.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage project budgets, estimates, and cost plans.
• Procure subcontractors, evaluate quotations, and negotiate contracts.
• Perform cost analysis, value engineering, and risk assessment.
• Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction phase.
• Prepare and submit valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to achieve financial objectives.
• Provide cost advice and support to the project team.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement.
• Proficiency in cost estimation and financial management software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
