A prominent infrastructure solutions provider is seeking a proficient Project Manager with specialized experience in the ESB network. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee and manage substation projects, utilizing expertise in OHL workers, ESB approved PICP, and PICW's.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of substation projects within the ESB network. Your role will involve coordination with various stakeholders, managing resources effectively, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Lead and manage substation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project objectives are met within specified timelines and budget.
- Utilize specialized knowledge of the ESB network, OHL workers, ESB approved PICP, and PICW's to ensure compliance and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, allocating resources effectively and monitoring project progress throughout the lifecycle.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and timely resolution of any issues or conflicts.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Act as a liaison between contractor and ESB, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring alignment with ESB's requirements and standards.
- Provide regular project status updates, reports, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery processes and efficiencies.
