Project Manager - Structural Steel

Seeking a highly capable and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee structural steel projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing every aspect of the project lifecycle, ensuring that all objectives are met on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines and resource management strategies.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to clearly define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Track and manage project progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure deadlines and budgetary requirements are met.
• Lead and supervise project teams, including engineers and on-site crews, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Facilitate regular project meetings to assess progress, address challenges, and maintain alignment with project goals.
• Act as the primary liaison for clients, providing consistent updates and addressing concerns throughout the project.
• Ensure all work complies with the highest quality standards and adheres strictly to project specifications.
• Enforce safety protocols across all sites, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare and deliver detailed progress reports to senior management, highlighting key developments and potential risks.
• Develop and complete Method Statements and Risk Assessments for the installation of structural steel components.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record as a Project Manager in the structural steel or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of structural steel fabrication and erection processes.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high performance under pressure.
• In-depth knowledge of construction health and safety regulations.

Package Includes:
