Project Manager - Modular

This is a very exciting role with a well established company and highly regarded in their space. The role is a mix of  factory-based project coordination with on-site delivery, giving you responsibility for managing projects from design and manufacturing through to installation, commissioning, and final handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the successful delivery of modular construction projects from commencement through to completion.
• Develop and monitor project programmes, ensuring manufacturing, logistics, and site activities remain aligned.
• Coordinate design, production, procurement, quality, and installation teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project budgets, resource planning, and commercial performance.
• Lead client, consultant, subcontractor, and internal project meetings.
• Monitor programme performance, identifying risks and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
• Oversee site installation activities, ensuring works are completed safely and to specification.
• Ensure compliance with all health & safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Review technical drawings and project documentation while supporting commissioning and project handover.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
• Must have 5+ years experience managing construction projects.
• Proven experience delivering projects safely, on programme, and within budget.
• Strong understanding of project planning, sequencing, procurement, and construction methodologies.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and client relationships.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to solve project challenges.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Full clean Irish driving licence and able to commute between Galway and Clare.
