Responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
• Develop project programmes, budgets, and risk registers.
• Act as the key point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Oversee procurement processes and contract administration.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Prepare progress reports, chair project meetings, and provide strategic advice throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to business growth by maintaining strong client relationships.

  
Requirements

• Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a project management role, ideally in a consultancy environment.
• Proven track record of delivering medium-to-large scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and procurement methods.
• Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Professional membership (e.g., PMI, RICS, SCSI) desirable – support provided if not already attained.

  
Package

• Salary: €70,000 – €80,000 (DOE).
