A well-established Cost and Project Management Consultancy is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing team. With offices located throughout Ireland and a strong portfolio of projects across both the public and private sectors, the consultancy continues to secure repeat business from long-standing clients while delivering high-quality construction projects nationwide.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with 5–8 years' experience to join a respected consultancy offering genuine long-term career progression. While the preference is for candidates to be based in Leinster, the company has offices nationwide and offers flexibility depending on location. Experience acting as an Employer's Representative and working under Public Works Contracts will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities
  • Manage construction projects from inception through to successful completion.
  • Act as the Employer's Representative where required, ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate clients, design teams, contractors, and key project stakeholders.
  • Manage project programmes, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Chair project meetings and provide regular progress updates to clients.
  • Administer Public Works Contracts and manage contractual matters throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring projects remain on programme and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships while supporting the continued growth of the consultancy.

Requirements
  • Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • 5–8 years' experience in a Project Management role, ideally within a consultancy environment.
  • Experience acting as an Employer's Representative is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish Public Works Contracts is essential.
  • Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel to project locations where required.

Package
  • €70,000 – €85,000 DOE.
  • Full-time, permanent position.
