Project Manager - Construction Consultancy

A growing project management consultancy is looking to add a Project Manager to its team in Galway. With a strong pipeline of work across the West of Ireland, the consultancy is investing in its regional presence and developing its Galway office into a key hub for projects throughout the region.

The role offers exposure to a broad portfolio of projects, with a particular focus on commercial and infrastructure works. With new offices in an easily commutable location, a growing team and low staff turnover, this is an excellent opportunity to join an established consultancy with long-term ambitions in the West.

Responsibilities
• Managing projects from inception through to completion
• Coordinating design teams, contractors, consultants and other project stakeholders
• Monitoring project programmes, budgets, risks and overall delivery
• Managing project reporting and keeping clients informed of progress
• Overseeing project timelines and ensuring key milestones are achieved
• Managing project risks and resolving issues as they arise
• Attending client meetings and coordinating project teams
• Ensuring projects are delivered in line with contractual, quality and regulatory requirements
• Supporting the continued growth of the consultancy's project portfolio across the West

Requirements
• Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline
• Previous experience in a Project Management role within construction or consultancy
• Experience managing commercial and/or infrastructure projects would be highly advantageous
• Strong understanding of project delivery, programmes, budgets and risk management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Package
• Salary: €75,000 – €90,000 DOE
• Galway based
