This firm has a strong track record delivering consultancy services across large-scale developments in sectors such as residential, healthcare, industrial, and education. Responsibilities - Take responsibility for managing multiple projects across various sectors from early-stage planning through to completion.
- Coordinate project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication between clients, design teams, and contractors.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines in line with client expectations.
- Lead procurement and tendering processes, contract administration, and cost reporting.
- Monitor on-site progress through regular visits, addressing issues promptly and maintaining quality standards.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements - Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in a consultancy or client-side project management role.
- Strong knowledge of Irish construction regulations and project delivery methodologies.
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously and under pressure.
- Progress toward professional chartership (e.g., SCSI, RICS, PMI) is advantageous.
Package - €60,000 - €70,000 DOE.
