Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for managing multiple projects across various sectors from early-stage planning through to completion.
• Coordinate project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication between clients, design teams, and contractors.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines in line with client expectations.
• Lead procurement and tendering processes, contract administration, and cost reporting.
• Monitor on-site progress through regular visits, addressing issues promptly and maintaining quality standards.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a consultancy or client-side project management role.
• Strong knowledge of Irish construction regulations and project delivery methodologies.
• Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously and under pressure.
• Progress toward professional chartership (e.g., SCSI, RICS, PMI) is advantageous.
