Project Manager

ProSource are recruiting a Project Manager on behalf of a leading building contractor who are continuing to grow with a strong pipeline of projects across Europe.
This role is based on a major project in Belgium and offers an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering high-profile construction projects.

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to;

• Manage projects from inception through to completion
• Coordinate and oversee site teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting to senior management
• Chair project meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Manage programme schedules and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with all health & safety and quality standards
• Liaise closely with commercial and design teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify and manage project risks and implement solutions where required

To be successful in your application you will possess the following;

• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
• 5+ years’ experience in a Project Manager role within construction
• Experience working on large-scale construction projects
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project teams effectively
