A well-established Cost and Project Management Consultancy is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing team based in Dublin City Centre. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across a broad range of sectors, the consultancy offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager looking to progress their career within a supportive and expanding business.

This role would suit a Project Manager with strong construction experience who is looking to develop further within consultancy. Candidates with an architectural background will also be particularly well considered, especially those who have transitioned into project management and have a strong understanding of the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
• Manage construction projects from inception through to successful completion.
• Coordinate clients, design teams, contractors, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
• Monitor project programmes, budgets, quality, and key deliverables.
• Chair project meetings and provide regular progress reports to clients.
• Identify and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
• Support senior management in the successful delivery of projects and continued growth of the business.

Requirements
• Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years' experience in Project Management within the construction sector.
• Previous consultancy experience would be highly advantageous.
• Candidates with an architectural background will be particularly considered.
• Strong understanding of project delivery from design through to completion.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational, communication, and leadership abilities.

Package
• Salary: €70,000 – €80,000 DOE.
• Full-time, permanent position based in Dublin City Centre.
