Project Engineer - Water & Wastewater - Cork

Salary: €45,000 - €55,000

ProSource are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading civil engineering consultancy with a rapidly expanding portfolio, for a role in their Cork office.

You will work on a variety of water and wastewater projects, contributing to the design, planning, and delivery of infrastructure solutions. The role involves close collaboration with engineers, clients, and project stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and review of technical designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Supporting project management and ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Conducting site inspections, surveys, and technical assessments.
• Coordinating with internal and external teams to deliver innovative engineering solutions.
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil/Environmental/Water Engineering or related discipline.
• 3+ years’ experience in water and wastewater engineering projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other engineering design software.
• Good technical knowledge of water and wastewater systems.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and team collaboration skills.
• Irish/UK project experience is highly desirable.
