Construction Planner - Main Contractor 

ProSource are recruiting an experienced Planner on behalf of their client who are a renowned Main Building Contractor to support project delivery by developing, monitoring, and updating construction programmes to ensure projects are completed on time and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Work with project managers, engineers, and site teams to define sequencing and methodologies.
• Track progress, identify delays, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Prepare short-term (lookahead) programmes and progress reports.
• Integrate planning with BIM where applicable (4D sequencing).
• Support tender planning and programme development.

Requirements

• Experience in construction planning (3–6 years typical).
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and methodologies.
• Proficiency in planning software (Primavera P6 preferred).
• Good analytical and communication skills.
