The Opportunity As Partner, you will take ownership of the day-to-day running and continued growth of the practice, working closely with leadership while enjoying significant autonomy to shape operations, client relationships, and commercial success.

You will inherit an established client base while also having the freedom and support to drive business development, strengthen client relationships, and identify new opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice
• Manage and develop a strong portfolio of SME and owner-managed business clients
• Provide strategic business, tax, and financial advice to clients
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team
• Drive business development initiatives and support continued practice growth
• Maintain exceptional service standards and strengthen long-term client relationships
• Play a key role in shaping the future strategy and direction of the firm

About You

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CPA) with strong experience in practice
• Proven leadership experience within an accountancy practice environment
• Strong technical knowledge across accounts, tax, and advisory services
• Commercial mindset with a passion for business development and growth
• Excellent relationship-building and people management skills
• Entrepreneurial, ambitious, and excited by the opportunity to take ownership
