Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-orientated Part-time Bookkeeper & Administrator who is currently studying towards a Accountancy Qualification. The role combines core bookkeeping duties with general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front of house and reception duties, including welcoming clients and handling incoming calls and correspondence.
- New client onboarding, ensuring all required documentation is obtained and recorded accurately.
- Assisting with AML compliance procedures, including identity checks and maintenance of compliance records.
- Debtors management, including issuing reminders and liaising with clients regarding outstanding balances.
- Providing general bookkeeping support, subject to experience (e.g. data entry, invoice processing, bank reconciliations)
