Part Qualified Accountant - Louth

ProSource are now recruiting for a Part Qualified Accountant to join a medium sized practice based in Louth. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious accountant looking to develop their career within a supportive and growing firm. 

Key Requirements: 

• 1-2 years experience within an Irish accountancy practice.
• Currently studying towards ACCA, ACA or equivalent.
• Strong experience in accounts preparation.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. 
• Good knowledge of Irish accounting and tax requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Preparation of year end accounts for a portfolio of clients.
• Assisting with management accounts and financial reporting. 
• Preparation and submission of VAT and other tax returns.
• Bank reconciliations and review of client records.
• Assisting with audit assignments where required. 
• Liaising with clients and providing accounting support. 
• Maintaining accurate and up to date accounting records.
• Supporting senior team members with ad-hoc accounting tasks.
