We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to support our growing team in Maynooth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their day, and brings strong office and HR coordination experience.

You’ll play a key part in maintaining smooth daily operations, supporting HR activities, and contributing to the successful relocation to the Leixlip Innovation Hub in January.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facilities, supplies, and vendor management.
  • Support the transition and setup of the new Leixlip Innovation Hub.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for office and HR functions.
  • Assist the HR team with recruitment, onboarding, and employee queries.
  • Prepare reports and maintain HR databases.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Organise meetings, events, and training sessions.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
Skills & Experience
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel essential)
  • Experience in Workday HRIS system
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Previous experience in office management and HR support
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable
  • HR qualification or experience in HR administration
  • Experience supporting office relocations or similar projects
