Their Dublin team plays a key role in ensuring operations run smoothly while supporting a growing and ambitious business.
The Role My client is seeking an experienced and proactive
Office Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations and provide vital administrative and organisational support to the wider team. This is a key position within the business, ensuring the office environment is efficient, well-managed, and professionally maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the Dublin office
- Act as the main point of contact for office-related queries and support
- Coordinate office supplies, facilities, maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Organise meetings, appointments, and internal schedules
- Support senior management with administrative tasks and documentation
- Assist with onboarding new employees and coordinating office inductions
- Maintain accurate office records, filing systems, and internal databases
- Support basic HR administration (leave tracking, employee documentation, etc.)
- Help coordinate company events, team activities, and travel arrangements
- Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Previous experience in an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or senior administrative role
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High attention to detail and professional standards
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of office operations
- Positive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach
