About My Client My client is an established international consultancy and engineering-led organisation with a strong presence in Dublin and across global markets. Known for delivering high-quality technical, project, and advisory services, they support clients across a range of sectors through a collaborative and professional working culture. Their Dublin team plays a key role in ensuring operations run smoothly while supporting a growing and ambitious business.

The Role My client is seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations and provide vital administrative and organisational support to the wider team. This is a key position within the business, ensuring the office environment is efficient, well-managed, and professionally maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the Dublin office
  • Act as the main point of contact for office-related queries and support
  • Coordinate office supplies, facilities, maintenance, and vendor relationships
  • Organise meetings, appointments, and internal schedules
  • Support senior management with administrative tasks and documentation
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and coordinating office inductions
  • Maintain accurate office records, filing systems, and internal databases
  • Support basic HR administration (leave tracking, employee documentation, etc.)
  • Help coordinate company events, team activities, and travel arrangements
  • Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or senior administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High attention to detail and professional standards
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of office operations
  • Positive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach
