Nearly Qualified Accountant - Kildare

ProSource is currently recruiting for a Nearly Qualified Accountant seeking an exciting opportunity in Kildare. The successful candidate will join a well established and highly regarded accounting firm, gaining valuable hands on experience while working within a supportive and professional environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records. 
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis to support business planning and decision making. 
• Maintain the general ledger, process journal entries, accruals and account reconciliations. 
• Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules, documentation and responding to audit queries. 
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and company financial policies. 
• Collaborate with management and operational teams to provide financial analysis, identify process improvements and support business performance. 

Requirements: 

• Part Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with exams substantially completed. 
• Minimum 3 years Irish practice experience. 
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. 
• Knowledge of accounting systems.
