MEP Project Coordinator

Location: West Dublin
Reports To: Project Manager & Senior MEP Leads
Department: Mechanical & Electrical Engineering (Data Centre)
Salary: €80,000 – €100,000 (depending on experience)

Role Overview:

A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced MEP Project Coordinator to support a high-profile site-based project team in West Dublin. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth delivery of MEP works across multiple major power developments.
This role involves working closely with senior engineers and project managers, acting as the coordination and documentation hub of the MEP team. Ideal for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and confident in keeping technical teams on track.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track RFIs, Technical Submittals, and project actions.
• Maintain the MEP issues log and flag overdue or high-priority items.
• Schedule and document coordination meetings (internal and with contractors).
• Liaise with key stakeholders including contractors, the client, and site teams.
• Support document formatting and submission using platforms such as Procore.
• Coordinate handover documentation, tagging, and compliance records.
• Raise visibility of MEP-related risks or potential delays to senior leadership.
• Standardise processes for time tracking and reporting within the engineering team.
• Assist with onboarding of new team members, providing access and process guidance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 4+ years of experience in MEP coordination, technical project support, or engineering admin.
• Strong communication skills and comfortable following up with multiple teams.
• Familiar with systems such as Procore, SharePoint, or Aconex.
• Detail-oriented with a structured, calm approach to managing priorities.
• Background in engineering, construction, or technical environments is highly desirable.
• Confident, approachable, and proactive with excellent organisational skills.
