Mechanical Design Engineer - Dublin (City Centre)

ProSource Group are seeking an Mechanical Design Engineer on behalf of a global Mechanical, Electrical, and Sustainability Consultancies.

Our Building Services team plays a leading role in making buildings more energy efficient, sustainable, and cost effective to operate. With projects spanning Government, Critical Systems, Healthcare, Rail, Workplace, and Residential, we design pioneering mechanical and electrical solutions that minimise resource use while delivering outstanding performance.

The Role

• Deliver innovative mechanical design solutions across a wide variety of building projects.
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to ensure technically excellent and profitable project delivery.
• Support and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business through quality and trust.
• Mentor and inspire junior engineers while developing your own skills towards Chartership.
• Engage with colleagues across disciplines to deliver sustainable, world-class solutions.

About You
We are looking for someone who is passionate about sustainability and creative design:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering (Level 7/8/9).
• Experience in building services design (ventilation, cooling, heating, air conditioning, etc.).
• Skilled in Revit, CYMAP, and/or Hevacomp software.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating client-focused, quality design solutions.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Proactive in pursuing Chartered Engineer status (with full support provided).
