Mechanical Contracts Manager

ProSource Group are seeking a Contracts Manager for a role that involves managing multiple contracts simultaneously, coordinating project teams, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of assigned projects in line with contractual obligations
• Specify maintenance and operating procedures.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, client expectations, and regulatory requirements
• Manage and forecast spend within budget.
• Work with detailed diagrams, plans and drawings.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS)
• Monitor building systems and processes.
• Liaise with other professionals such as structural engineers, surveyors and builders and in-house project teams.
• Attend project and technical meetings.
• Ensure that the design and maintenance of building systems meets legislative and health and safety requirements.

Experience Required:

• 5+ years’ experience in a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Management role in Mechanical Engineering
• Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices
