ProSource Group are seeking a Mechanical Contracts Manager for a large Mechanical Contractor on a Data Centre Project in Denmark The role involves managing multiple contracts simultaneously, coordinating project teams, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: - Lead the planning, execution, and completion of assigned projects in line with contractual obligations
- Review contract documents, specifications, and scope to ensure full understanding of requirements
- Manage project schedules, resource planning, and sequencing of works.
- Ensure variations, change orders, and claims are identified, recorded, and submitted in a timely manner
- Monitor progress, performance, and productivity, taking corrective action where necessary
- Evaluate subcontractor performance and manage subcontractor relationships.
- Work with QS and commercial teams to ensure correct valuation of works and submission of monthly applications
- Identify opportunities for increased efficiency or commercial gain
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on assigned projects
- Conduct regular site and client meetings, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring safe systems of work and adherence to site-specific requirements
- Support audits, inspections, and quality assurance processes
- Ensure project documentation, H&S files, O&M manuals, and handover information is completed to a high standard
- Provide leadership, direction, and support to project teams
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, QS, planners, and administrative staff
- Support staff development and mentor junior members where appropriate
- Resolve onsite issues promptly and effectively
- Strong financial and commercial awareness
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to train on client platform
Experience & Qualifications - 5+ years’ experience in a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Management role in Mechanical Engineering
- Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices
