M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their team in
Limerick. This role will be project-focused, offering the opportunity to work on large-scale building services projects across a variety of sectors. With a reputation for delivering high-quality M&E solutions, the company provides a strong platform for career growth and long-term stability.
Responsibilities - Manage all commercial aspects of assigned M&E projects from pre-construction through to final account.
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions for mechanical and electrical packages.
- Oversee procurement processes and manage subcontractor accounts.
- Monitor project costs, valuations, and variations, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered within budget and scope.
- Ensure compliance with contractual and financial obligations.
- Provide commercial support throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
Requirements - Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Services, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a QS role, ideally with M&E or building services projects.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and related contracts.
- Excellent commercial awareness, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QS software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines.
Package - Salary: €65,000 – €70,000 per annum (DOE).
