Management Accountant - Kildare

We are seeking a qualified Management Accountant to join our growing team and work closely with a diverse portfolio of clients. This is a client-facing role that offers exposure to strategic financial planning, performance analysis, and advisory work, supporting businesses in making informed, forward-looking decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Financial Reviews: Partner with clients to deliver tailored financial insights by analysing financial and non-financial data to support strategic decision-making.
• Budgets & Forecasting: Prepare, monitor, and interpret budgets and forecasts to guide clients’ short- and long-term planning.
• Management Accounts: Support clients in the preparation of regular management accounts, identifying key trends, variances, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Benchmarking: Analyse the financial performance of multiple entities and establish achievable, performance-driven goals for each business.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of SME and collaborate with the wider team to deliver high-quality, consistent client service.

About You The successful candidate will be a motivated and commercially minded accountant with strong analytical skills and a passion for management accounting.

Requirements:

• CGMA / CPA / ACA / ACCA qualified accountant.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a public practice or finance environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and translate financial data into meaningful insights.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a fast-paced team environment.
• Proactive attitude to learning and ongoing professional development, particularly within management accounting.
