Land Manager

A leading renewable energy developer is seeking a Land Manager to join its growing development team. This is a senior, hands-on role based in Dublin, with responsibility for securing land rights across renewable energy projects throughout Europe.

Reporting to the Head of Development, the Land Manager will play a key role in origination and project delivery across solar, wind and energy storage.

Key responsibilities

• Lead land strategy and delivery for prospective renewable energy sites across Europe
• Negotiate and secure Heads of Terms, options, leases, wayleaves and access rights
• Build and manage relationships with landowners, agents and development partners
• Oversee external land agents and coordinate with legal advisers and project teams
• Support development teams through feasibility, planning, construction and operations
• Maintain land records, templates and regular reporting on progress

About you

• Proven land acquisition experience within renewable energy, infrastructure or housebuilding
• Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management capability
• Comfortable operating in a developer-led, fast-moving environment
• RICS qualification preferred but not essential
• Willing to travel regularly within Europe
• Full driving licence and fluency in English required (additional European languages advantageous)
