Key Responsibilities - Support daily site safety activities and ensure compliance with company and client safety standards.
- Carry out site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety observations.
- Assist with preparing RAMS, safety documentation, and incident reports.
- Work closely with site management, subcontractors, and the client safety team.
- Promote a positive safety culture on-site and encourage safe working practices.
- Support hazard identification and implement corrective actions when required.
Requirements - Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction safety role (civil or structural steel experience an advantage).
- Ability to work independently and hold your own on a fast-paced site.
- Relevant safety qualification (e.g., SafePass, manual handling; additional safety certs a bonus).
- Full driver’s licence and willingness to be on-site 5 days per week in Dun Laoghaire.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage with teams on-site.
