Junior Recruitment Consultant

ProSource Group is currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team in our Dublin office.

The Role
In this position, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, supporting clients in sourcing the right talent while helping candidates secure roles suited to their skills and experience.
You’ll maintain and strengthen existing relationships while also building new connections over time. As you gain experience, you will develop in-depth knowledge of your specialist market, using this insight to grow your client portfolio and contribute to the company’s expansion.
The role focuses largely on working with established clients rather than cold calling, within a fast-paced environment that encourages continuous learning and industry development. You will also have the opportunity to gain exposure to multiple sectors.
