Job Description
The company are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. This role offers a great opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and gain valuable experience in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of tender and contract documents.
  • Conduct cost analysis and assist in estimating project costs.
  • Assist in the measurement and valuation of work.
  • Collaborate with senior quantity surveyors and project managers to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
  • Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Keep accurate records of financial transactions and contracts.
  • Assist in resolving disputes and claims.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant quantity surveying software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take initiative.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and growing in the construction industry.
