Company Intro / Summary A growing property developer is seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in Dublin. The company delivers a mix of client-led and design & build projects, providing excellent exposure across different project delivery methods and sectors.
This is an ideal opportunity for a Junior QS looking to develop their career within a developer environment while gaining hands-on experience across all stages of the construction lifecycle. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced commercial and project teams on a variety of active developments across Dublin.
Responsibilities - Assist in the commercial management of construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.
- Support the preparation of budgets, valuations, and cost reports.
- Assist with procurement of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor project costs and support financial reporting processes.
- Prepare and assess variations and subcontractor accounts.
- Work closely with project managers, site teams, and consultants.
- Support senior commercial staff with day-to-day project delivery.
Requirements - Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related discipline.
- 1–3 years’ experience in a QS role or relevant placement experience.
- Exposure to residential, commercial, or design & build projects is advantageous.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and organisational abilities.
- Motivated and eager to progress within a developer environment.
Package - €50,000 - €60,000 DOE
