Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in the
Midlands. This role will involve working on a high-profile development within the industrial/technology sector, offering excellent exposure to fast-paced, technically demanding projects. The company also delivers a wide portfolio across residential, commercial, and civil works, making this an ideal opportunity for a junior QS to broaden their experience in a supportive and professional environment.
Responsibilities - Assist with the preparation of budgets, cost plans, and tender documentation.
- Support procurement activities including subcontractor and supplier engagement.
- Help monitor costs, valuations, and variations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Carry out site measurements and assist with progress reporting.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and design teams.
- Ensure accurate cost reporting and compliance with company procedures.
- Gain hands-on experience across all stages of the project while developing professionally.
Requirements - Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years’ post-graduate experience in a QS role (residential, commercial, or civils experience all welcomed).
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ambitious, proactive, and eager to develop within a leading main contractor.
Package - €45,000 - €50,000 DOE
