Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in

Responsibilities - Assist in preparing cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation.
- Support senior surveyors in pre- and post-contract cost management duties.
- Carry out measurements, valuations, and assist in preparing interim and final accounts.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and design teams throughout project lifecycles.
- Contribute to procurement, tender analysis, and reporting processes.
- Maintain accurate project cost data and documentation.
- Engage in continuous professional learning and development.
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related discipline (essential).
- 1–2 years’ post-graduate experience in a QS or similar role.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cost management software.
- Eager to learn and grow within a structured consultancy environment.
Package - Salary: €40,000 – €45,000 DOE.
- Full-time, permanent position based in Dublin City Centre (highly commutable location).
