A well-established Project and Cost Management Consultancy is seeking a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Dublin City Centre. Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation.
• Support senior surveyors in pre- and post-contract cost management duties.
• Carry out measurements, valuations, and assist in preparing interim and final accounts.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and design teams throughout project lifecycles.
• Contribute to procurement, tender analysis, and reporting processes.
• Maintain accurate project cost data and documentation.
• Engage in continuous professional learning and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related discipline (essential).
• 1–2 years’ post-graduate experience in a QS or similar role.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cost management software.
• Eager to learn and grow within a structured consultancy environment.

Package

• Salary: €40,000 – €45,000 DOE.
• Full-time, permanent position based in Dublin City Centre (highly commutable location).
