Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in
Cork. The company delivers high-quality services across the commercial, residential, industrial, and public sectors, working with a diverse range of clients throughout Ireland. Responsibilities - Assist in preparing cost plans, budgets, and tender documentation for various projects.
- Support senior quantity surveyors in managing pre- and post-contract cost management duties.
- Carry out measurements and valuations, and assist in preparing interim and final accounts.
- Contribute to procurement processes and tender evaluations.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and design teams throughout all project stages.
- Maintain accurate cost reporting and project documentation.
- Develop technical and commercial skills under the guidance of senior staff.
Requirements - Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years’ post-graduate experience in a QS role, ideally within a consultancy environment.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cost management software.
- Ambitious, detail-oriented, and eager to progress in a structured consultancy setting.
Package - Salary: €50,000 – €60,000 DOE.
