Responsibilities
• Assist in the commercial management of a large-scale construction project from commencement through to final account.
• Support the preparation of valuations, cost reports, and financial forecasts.
• Assist with procurement and management of subcontractor packages.
• Prepare and assess variations and support the agreement of final accounts.
• Monitor project costs and assist with commercial reporting.
• Work closely with senior quantity surveyors, project managers, and site teams.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures.
• Support the commercial team in the successful delivery of the project.
Requirements
• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role within the Irish construction industry.
• Previous experience with a Tier One Main Contractor would be highly advantageous.
• Strong commercial awareness and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative commercial team.
• Ambitious individual seeking long-term career progression.
Package
• Salary: €45,000 – €55,000 DOE.
