Junior Quantity Surveyor

ProSource are recruiting a Junior Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a leading contractor who are continuing to grow with a strong pipeline of ongoing projects across the UK.

This role is based in London and offers an excellent opportunity for a junior-level candidate to develop their career within a well-established and supportive commercial team.

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to;

• Assist with the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports
• Support the commercial team in managing subcontractor packages
• Assist with procurement, tendering, and contract administration
• Monitor project costs and assist in cost control measures
• Help manage variations, valuations, and final accounts
• Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Maintain accurate records and reporting

To be successful in your application you will possess the following;

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline
• 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role (placement experience considered)
• Strong interest in civil engineering or infrastructure projects
• Good commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proficient in MS Office
