Junior Project Manager (Construction)

A well-established cost and project management consultancy based in Dublin is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join their growing team. The consultancy works across a diverse portfolio of projects, including residential, commercial, data centres, and public sector developments, offering excellent exposure to multiple sectors early in your career.

This role is ideally suited to a motivated professional looking to develop their project management skillset within a structured, supportive consultancy environment with clear long-term progression.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of projects from early design stages through to completion.
• Assist with programme management, reporting, and coordination of project activities.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Support cost, quality, and programme control across multiple projects.
• Assist in chairing meetings, taking minutes, and tracking actions.
• Carry out occasional site visits to monitor progress and compliance.
• Prepare reports and documentation in line with project and client requirements.

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years’ post-graduate experience in a project management or construction-related role.
• Experience within a consultancy or client-side environment is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and keen to progress professionally.

Package

• €50,000 – €60,000 DOE
