Junior Project Manager

ProSource Group are working with an Electrical Contractor who have been specialising predominantly in commercial and Data Centre projects. Due to their continued expansion, they are seeking to recruit a Junior Project Manager to join our growing team.

Responsibilities of the role will include:

• Assist the Project Manager with the planning and delivery of M&E projects from start to completion.
• Attend project and site meetings, developing a strong understanding of project requirements and specifications.
• Assist with technical submittals, RFIs, drawings and other project documentation.
• Support the planning and coordination of labour, materials, plant and subcontractors.
• Assist in managing project programmes, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are achieved.
• Liaise with site teams, main contractors and clients to support the smooth delivery of works.
• Assist with tracking project progress, changes, risks and site requirements.
• Maintain project trackers, progress reports and relevant project documentation.
• Support the Project Manager with procurement, purchase orders, material deliveries and subcontractor coordination.

Education & Skills Required:

• Trade qualified and/or qualified in an Engineering discipline.
• Relevant experience supporting or managing M&E projects, ideally within a contracting environment.
• Experience coordinating electrical installation projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems.
• Good organisational, communication and project coordination skills.
