Junior Project Manager

A well-established project and cost management consultancy based in Cork is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join their growing team. The consultancy delivers a wide variety of projects across residential, commercial, data centres, and public works, providing excellent exposure to multiple sectors.

In addition to Irish projects, there are opportunities to gain experience working on projects across Europe, making this an ideal role for an ambitious professional looking to broaden their experience early in their career.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of projects from early design stages through to completion.
• Assist with programme management, reporting, and coordination of project activities.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Support cost, quality, and programme control across multiple projects.
• Assist in chairing meetings, tracking actions, and preparing reports.
• Undertake site visits to monitor progress and compliance as required.
• Support senior project managers across a varied project portfolio.

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years’ post-graduate experience in a project management or construction-related role.
• Consultancy or client-side experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks across different projects.
• Motivated, proactive, and keen to progress within a consultancy environment.

Package

• €50,000 – €55,000 DOE
