Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of multiple construction projects from inception through to completion.
• Support senior project managers in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.
• Contribute to project documentation including reports, timelines, and budget tracking.
• Attend client and site meetings and prepare minutes and follow-up actions.
• Monitor project progress and flag any issues or risks to senior team members.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to support successful project outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and relevant regulations.

Requirements

• A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a project management or consultancy environment.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of project management software is a plus.
• Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn from senior professionals.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• €50,000 - €60,000 DOE.
