Key Responsibilities - Support site management and subcontractors with day-to-day safety activities.
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across roads and civil works.
- Identify hazards and support implementation of corrective actions.
- Carry out site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety observations.
- Assist with RAMS, safety documentation, and incident reporting.
- Liaise with client safety teams as required.
Requirements - Minimum 1 year’s experience in a construction safety role (roads or civils experience preferred).
- Confident working independently on busy, live sites.
- Relevant safety qualifications (SafePass, Manual Handling; additional certs an advantage).
- Full driver’s licence and willingness to travel to site 5 days per week.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to safety.
