Junior Health & Safety Advisor

ProSource are working with a Mechanical Contractor providing services across Dublin and Europe.  Due to their continued growth they are seeking a Junior Health & Safety advisor in Dublin.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and issuing of Risk Assessments, Method Statements & Site-Specific
• Safety Statements in consultation with Site Foremen and Contracts Managers
• Carrying out Environmental Health & Safety inspections
• Completing EHS Training for Employees
• Investigation, recording and reporting of accidents and near misses promptly,
• Ensuring that any corrective actions are implemented without delay
• Reviewing sub-contractors’ Safety Statements and Safety Compliance
• Attending regular site Health & Safety Meetings

Requirements:

1. Level 7 or 8 Qualification
2. Full Driving licence
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify hazards, assess risks, and develop effective control measures.
4.  Previous experience an advantage.
