Junior EHS Admin

ProSource are recruiting an EHS Administrator / Junior EHS Officer on behalf of a leading building contractor who are continuing to grow with a strong pipeline of ongoing projects.
This role is based in Ennis, Co. Clare and offers an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stages of their career to gain valuable experience within a busy construction environment.

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to;

• Assist with the administration of Health & Safety documentation and records
• Support site teams with HSE administration requirements
• Maintain training records, inductions, and certification databases
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of Health & Safety documentation
• Support incident reporting and investigation processes
• Ensure documentation is accurately filed and maintained
• Assist with audits and inspections where required
• Provide general administrative support to the Health & Safety team

To be successful in your application you will possess the following;

• Health & Safety qualification desirable but not essential
• Previous administration experience, ideally within construction or a similar industry
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively within a team
• Eagerness to learn and develop within the construction industry
