Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their team in
Tyrone. The company delivers high-quality residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects across Northern Ireland and the UK. Responsibilities - Manage the commercial and contractual aspects of residential projects from tender stage through to final account.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and procurement documentation.
- Lead subcontractor procurement and manage valuations, variations, and payments.
- Monitor project costs and cash flow, providing accurate reporting to senior management.
- Liaise closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure financial control and project delivery.
- Identify value engineering opportunities and implement cost-saving measures.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures.
Requirements - Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a QS role, ideally with a residential project focus.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing multiple projects.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills.
- Effective communicator with strong organisational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QS software tools.
- Ambitious, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous professional development.
Package - Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 DOE.
