ProSource Group are seeking a motivated
Intermediate Electrical Building Services Engineer on behalf of an established multidisciplinary consultancy to join its growing team in
Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically competent, team-oriented engineer to contribute to the design and delivery of high-profile engineering projects across the
pharmaceutical,
industrial, and
commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities: - Carry out detailed design calculations for:
- Power distribution
- Lighting and emergency lighting
- Fire alarm systems
- Security and access control
- Data and general services
- Mechanical power and control systems
- Prepare schematic and layout drawings using AutoCAD (2D) and/or Revit (3D).
- Create schedules, data sheets, and technical specifications.
- Assist in cost estimation and preparation of technical reports.
- Conduct site surveys and support project delivery from initial concept through to handover.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
- Assist with the preparation of contract documentation and new business proposals as needed.
Requirements: - Degree qualification (Level 7 or 8) in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in electrical building services design (Ideally 3+ years with an Irish consultancy).
- Proficient in Revit (essential), AutoCAD and relevant design software.
- Ability to take direction from senior staff and work collaboratively.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
