Implementation Consultant

The Role
As a Professional Services Consultant, you will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, configure solutions, support implementations, and provide ongoing technical support. This role combines customer engagement, technical problem-solving, project work, and business analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyse customer business requirements and processes
2. Configure and implement software solutions
3. Support customers through testing, Go-Live, and production phases
4. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues via support portal
5. Write and execute test plans and automated testing
6. Work with development teams on product enhancements
7. Deliver excellent customer service and technical support

About You:

• Degree qualified in a relevant field (Technology, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Mathematics or similar)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Highly motivated with strong attention to detail

Desirable Experience:

• Experience in FinTech, fund administration, fund accounting or software implementation environments
• SQL and advanced Excel skills
• Exposure to AI tools, databases, software testing, or development tools is an advantage
