Key Responsibilities - Work closely with site management, subcontractors, and client safety representatives.
- Promote safe systems of work and a positive safety culture on-site.
- Support hazard identification and implement corrective actions where required.
- Assist with daily site safety activities and ensure compliance with company and client standards.
- Carry out site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety observations.
- Assist in preparing RAMS, safety documentation, and incident reports.
Requirements - Minimum 3 year’s experience in a construction safety role (utilities or water projects advantageous).
- Ability to work independently and confidently on active construction sites.
- Relevant safety qualifications (SafePass, Manual Handling; additional certifications beneficial).
- Full driver’s licence and willingness to be site-based 4-5 days per week.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage at all site levels.
