Health & Safety Officer

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with SHEQ standards across the facility
• Support health, safety, environmental, and quality processes on-site
• Work closely with production and construction teams across multiple disciplines
• Monitor and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
• Promote a strong safety culture within a factory-based environment
• Assist with inspections, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a SHEQ or safety role preferred
• Must hold a H&S degree or related certificate with 3 years experience
• Background in construction or building environments essential
• Experience carrying out audits and working with multiple trades
• Strong communication skills and proactive approach
• Good balance of experience and energy for a hands-on role
