Health & Safety Manager – Frankfurt, Germany  €105,000–€120,000 + Package
ProSource are recruiting a Health & Safety Manager on behalf of an industry-leading Main Contractor delivering a major Data Centre project in Frankfurt, Germany.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction Health & Safety professional to join a leading contractor with a strong pipeline of projects across mainland Europe.

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Lead and manage Health & Safety across the project.
• Manage and support the site H&S team.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, client requirements and relevant H&S legislation.
• Provide Health & Safety advice to project management, site teams and subcontractors.
• Develop and implement project-specific H&S plans and procedures.
• Carry out regular site inspections and audits.
• Review RAMS and ensure safe systems of work are implemented.
• Lead investigations into incidents, accidents and near misses.
• Monitor subcontractor H&S performance and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Produce and present regular H&S reports to senior project management.
• Deliver and oversee inductions, toolbox talks and safety training.
• Drive a positive safety culture across the project.
• Liaise with the client and key project stakeholders on all H&S matters.

To be successful in your application you will possess the following:

• Degree/Diploma or recognised qualification in Health & Safety.
• 8+ years’ Health & Safety experience within the construction industry.
• Previous experience in a H&S Manager / Senior H&S position.
• Main Contractor experience highly desirable.
• Data Centre / Mission Critical experience advantageous.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent knowledge of construction Health & Safety standards and procedures.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Previous European project experience advantageous.
