Health and Safety Advisor

ProSource are recruiting a Health and Safety Officer position on behalf of a leading M&E contractor who are continuing to grow with an extensive amount of ongoing projects in both Dublin and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve subcontractor EHS documentation, training certifications, RAMS, and related compliance records prior to submission to the Main Contractor.
• Carrying out Environmental Health & Safety inspections. 
• Develop, review, and distribute Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and Site-Specific Safety Statements in consultation with Site Foremen, Project Managers, and Contracts Managers.
• Investigating, recording and reporting of accidents and near misses promptly, ensuring that any corrective actions are implemented without delay.
• Completing EHS Training for Employees.
• Reviewing sub-contractors’ Safety Statements and Safety Compliance.
• Attending regular site Health & Safety Meetings and daily EHS Briefings.

Requirements

•  Minimum Level 7 qualification in Environmental, Health & Safety.
•  Minimum 2 years’ experience.
