A well-established Mechanical & Electrical Contractor based in Dublin is looking to hire a motivated
Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. With a growing portfolio of work across commercial, industrial, and data centre sectors, the company offers excellent exposure to real-world projects, hands-on learning, and the opportunity to progress within a supportive environment. This is an ideal role for a recent graduate eager to start their career in a dynamic, fast-paced industry.
Responsibilities - Assist senior quantity surveyors in the management of project costs and commercial reporting.
- Help with the preparation of valuations, variations, and final accounts.
- Support the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor project costs and assist in producing regular cost reports.
- Contribute to measurement and pricing exercises across mechanical and electrical packages.
- Liaise with site teams and suppliers to gather key information for cost tracking.
- Ensure compliance with contractual and financial procedures.
Requirements - Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in mechanical and electrical contracting.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and basic QS software (training provided).
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop within a team-oriented environment.
Package - €35,000 - €40,000 DOE
